Detective Superintendent Jane Corrigan joined London’s Metropolitan Police Service in 1997. Now serving in the Counter Terrorism Command, she has operated at tactical and strategic levels, leading complex investigations into terrorism, serious crime, child abuse and public disorder. Her roles include national Family Liaison Coordinator for the 7/7 bombings and senior lead for consequence management for major terrorist incidents. Since 2018, she has specialised in counter-terrorism, driving community engagement, safeguarding innovation and academic research with Cambridge University and UCL.
