Adam joined Ofcom’s Online Safety Group in September 2025 in the partnerships team, principally working with law enforcement and intelligence community partners to uplift knowledge of the Online Safety Act and bring information into Ofcom to facilitate delivery of key objectives.
Prior to joining he spent his career in law enforcement, first as a Detective in policing prior to joining the CSA investigation team at the NCA in 2015; he spent 10 years with this team, finishing up as a G2 (Superintendent) with responsibility for teams with serious, complex and international investigations.
