The first of it's kind to go to trial at Preston Crown Court, Op Garrison is the investigation of the tragic death by suicide of Kiena Dawes, where charges were brought against the defendant for Unlawful Act Manslaughter, Coercive & Controlling Behaviour and assault.

During this session and Q&A, the Op Garrison team will look at the intricacies of evidence-led CCB investigations, the Gold Command and support required from Chief Officers, challenges faced at trial and a strategic view of what is needed next for Victims in circumstances like Kiena’s.
